APATS 2009 will take place in Hong Kong as part of Asian Aerospace 2009 – the world’s largest business to business aviation event.

At AA09 Halldale Media will be providing a dedicated Simulation & Training pavilion, located in the main exhibition hall of Asian Aerospace 2009, consisting of an APATS exhibition area, a delegate refreshment area for the APATS delegates and a conference venue all co-located within the Training Pavilion, creating a cohesive integrated centre of training excellence with AA09. The conference will consist of 2 streams looking at maintenance Training and Pilot Training needs in the Asia Pacific region.

Training is as a key enabling technology for safe aviation growth in the Asia Pacific Region and this has led to rapid expansion in both the APATS conference and the exhibition. The cost of the booth package is HKD 45,585. Each 3m x 3m booth offers hard wall shell scheme, with fascia board and comes fully furnished and ready to use. Exhibitors also get complimentary access to the APATS conferences and the APATS Networking Reception which takes place alongside the APATS exhibition on the Training Pavilion, breaking down barriers and facilitating networking. Each booth includes 1 x Display Table, 2 x Chairs,  2 x Conference Exhibitor Passes, waste bin, 2 spotlights, name plate, free listing in the conference programme, free listing in the AA09 Exhibitor catalogue and free admission to the AA09 Expo, free admission to the APATS Networking Reception, 240v, 13 amp power point, plus a copy of the delegate list from the conference.
