Exhibitor Kit:  The exhibitor kit is located online at http://www.online-aa.com/ your username and password were sent out with the booth paperwork however, if you need us to re-send the information please contact gabby@halldale.com  Your FORM P1 must be submitted before July 13th 2007. Failure to comply with this deadline may result in omission of your entry to meet publishing deadlines.

Show Hours:  The working hours are from 0800 hours to 2400 hours during the build-up and tear-down period. Exhibitors should ensure that all activities are planned and carried out within these timings. 

All construction/decoration works (stands inside the hall) must be completed by 4pm, September 2nd 2007 & ready for viewing of booths. 

Asian Aerospace Show Catalogue:  Each main direct participating company at Asian Aerospace 2007 is entitled to one free listing of their company contact details in the official Exhibition Directory.
