Please find below all the Exhibitor information required for a succesful show:
Exhibitor Kit Information - Booth furniture, electrical services, audio/video requirements, set up times, catering, telecommunications, rigging etc. Please click here and enter your login and password issued from Asian Aerospace. Hotel Bookings - Asian Aerospace have recommended hotels on their website, to find out more click here and choose 'Travel Centre' from their menu line.
Conference Exhibitor Passes - As you are aware you are entitled to 2 free full conference passes per booth. To register your booth personnel please click here . If you require more than 2 passes you can take advantage of our special reduced fee of US$290. Click here for this option.
Exhibitor Registration - As well as registering on our website for the Conference, all exhibitors must register with Asian Aerospace for access to the exhibition halls and to create your visibility on the Asian Aerospace website. Please click here.
Event Catalogue and Website Listing - 27 July 09
To make sure we have the correct contact information for you on our APATS @ AA 09 website and in our APATS @ AA Event catalogue, please click here and complete the form required. Please make sure we have your company listing by 27 July 09. Anything received after this date may not get listed in our event catalogue.
Booth Identification Sign - 10 August 09
To make sure we have the correct company name for your booth, please click here and supply us with the information requested by 10 August 09. Anything received after this date may not get listed.

VIP Program - Send in your VIP names by 3 August 09
The VIP Program entitles all exhibitors to invite up to 4 SENIOR AIRLINE GUESTS to attend the conference FREE OF CHARGE (normal cost US$595).
This VIP pass entitles the holder to entry to all conference sessions and exhibit hall, coffee breaks over the two days plus entry into the networking reception. Travel and accommodation are not included in this package. (Substitution of a VIP pass for any previously paid and registered delegate is not permitted.)
To take advantage of this scheme, please click here, download the excel document, add your names and email back to me - making sure we have full contact details. (we need your names by 3 August 09.) Once we have received your list we will send out the VIP invitations on your behalf.
Remember, we need the names in good time so that we can send out their invitations and it is always a great help if your nominated names are aware that we will be contacting them. Once we have sent the invitations to your VIP guests we will let you know so that you can follow up with your guests to ensure they have received the VIP invitation.
Shipping & Storage Information:
Global Logistic Solutions have been appointed as the official freight forwarding company for APATS @ AA 2009, they will ensure that your shipments clear customs, store your goods before the show, transport exhibition goods to the hotel and arrange shipment after the event. If you have any questions regarding your shipment, delivery times etc please feel free to contact:-
