Terms and Conditions

1. No delegate will be allowed into the conference sessions unless full fees have been received prior to the event.
2. Registration within 14 days of the event must be made by credit card.
3. Delegate places may not be shared.
4. Substitution of delegate places is permitted, provided that the organizers are informed in advance in writing.
5. Once the registration has been received and a letter of confirmation has been issued, cancellation will be subject to:
- No refund of the delegate fee for cancellations received within one calendar month of the event.
- Cancellations received in writing prior to the No Refund point will be subject to an administration fee of 20%.
6. The person making the payment agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions even though they may not be the attendee at the event.
7. The conference programme and event information is correct at the time of publication, but the organizers reserve the right to change venue or speakers where necessary
