To help you plan and make the most of your exhibit, I have detailed some important show information. Please note there is no VIP Programme for APATS and no free of charge passes will be issued under any circumstances.

Please complete the form located at http://www.halldale.com/APATS_Exhib_ShowCatalogue.aspx for inclusion in the Show Catalogue and on the APATS 2008 website. Halldale Media Group reserves the right to edit where deemed appropriate.  Catalogue entries cannot be included for exhibitors who do not submit their details by Friday 8 August 2008.

Exhibitor Registration
For an efficient registration process, please complete the form located online at http://www.halldale.com/APATS_Exhib_ExhibitorRegistration.aspx to provide us with the details of your members of staff who will be attending APATS 2008.  You are entitled to 2 free event passes per 10ftx8ft booth on a pro-rata basis - e.g. 20ftx8ft booth = 4 passes.

Personnel over the free booth pass allowance may register online at https://www.halldale.com/APATS_Exhib_StaffRegistration.aspx for a reduced attendee rate of US$350.00 (a maximum of 3 additional booth passes may be purchased per booth) to cover catering and reception costs.  Exhibitor passes will only be allocated to employees from official exhibiting companies, business cards need to be supplied for these passes)

Booth ID Sign
Halldale Media will produce your booth identification sign, to confirm the name you wish to be listed under, please complete the form located at http://www.halldale.com/APATS_Exhib_BoothIdentSign.aspx.  If this form is not submitted Halldale Media will use the company name used in the APATS 2008 contract.

Shipping & Storage Information:
Global Logistic Solutions have been appointed as the official freight forwarding company for APATS 2008, they will ensure that your shipments clear customs, store your goods before the show, transport exhibition goods to the hotel and arrange shipment after the event.  If you have any questions regarding your shipment, delivery times etc please feel free to contact:-
