Set amidst a 90,000m² green area directly at Vienna's doorsteps lies the Eventhotel Pyramide. This unique Austrian venue offers literally everything in one convenient location: 4-star hotel rooms, a 42m-high glass pyramid that serves as a top event location, a congress center with 24 conference rooms and Vienna’s largest hotel wellness and pool area. It is located in the dynamic south of Vienna, just 5 minutes walk away from Europe’s largest shopping centre SCS. The streetcar 'Badener Bahn' stops directly in front of the hotel and takes you to the State Opera in the city centre as well as to the beautiful town of Baden within 25 minutes. The exits of the most important motorways A2, A21 and A23 can be easily reached within 5 minutes drive. It offers parking for up to 600 cars directly in front of the hotel as well as free parking for 500 cars next to the hotel.    The Vienna Airport (VIE) Bus stops right in front of the hotel and takes guests to the airport and back within 28 minutes, every hour from 05:11 am to 7:11 pm.

Please complete the form located at http://www.halldale.com/EATS_Exhib_ShowCatalogue.aspx for inclusion in the Show Catalogue and on the EATS 2008 website. Halldale Media Group reserves the right to edit where deemed appropriate.  Catalogue entries cannot be included for exhibitors who do not submit their details by Friday 10th October 2008.

Exhibitor Registration
For an efficient registration process, please complete the form located online at http://www.halldale.com/EATS_Exhib_ExhibitorRegistration.aspx to provide us with the details of your members of staff who will be attending EATS 2008.  You are entitled to 2 free event passes per 10ftx8ft booth on a pro-rata basis - e.g. 20ftx8ft booth = 4 passes.

Personnel over the free booth pass allowance may register online at https://www.halldale.com/EATS_Exhib_StaffRegistration.aspx for a reduced attendee rate of €350.00 (a maximum of 3 additional booth passes may be purchased per booth) to cover catering and reception costs.  Exhibitor passes will only be allocated to employees from official exhibiting companies, business cards need to be supplied for these passes)

Halldale Media will produce your booth identification sign, to confirm the name you wish to be listed under, please complete the form located at http://www.halldale.com/EATS_Exhib_BoothIdentSign.aspx.  If this form is not submitted Halldale Media will use the company name used in the EATS 2008 contract.
