The International four-star hotel with the modern congress is ideally located in the heart of Prague in Praha 9 –directly on the metro B ”Vysocanská”. The hotel is also close to Prague Castle, historic Old Town Square, the Prague National Theatre opera house, the beautiful Charles Bridge and Aquapark Lagoon in Letnany. Easily accessible from all major points – the international Airport Ruzne can be reached within 30 minutes by car, the historical city centre only 10 minutes by metro. Airport transfers from the International Airport are available via the hotels Limousine service, by Public transport as well as Airport Transport services. Highway connections are in the immediate access of the hotel.

The Clarion Congress Hotel Prague can be seen as the heart of Pragues most elegant shopping gallery Fenix.

Show Catalogue & Website Listing:
Please complete the form located at http://www.halldale.com/EATS_Exhib_ShowCatalogue.aspx for inclusion in the Show Catalogue and on the EATS 2009 website. Halldale Media Group reserves the right to edit where deemed appropriate.  Catalogue entries cannot be included for exhibitors who do not submit their details by Friday 10th October 2009.

Exhibitor Registration:

You can register additional staff from your company for a reduced attendee rate of US$390 online by clicking https://www.halldale.com/EATS_Exhib_StaffRegistration.aspx.  Exhibitor passes will only be allocated to employees from official exhibiting companies ( a maximum of 3 additional booth passes may be purchased per booth).

Booth ID Sign:
Halldale Media will produce your booth identification sign, to confirm the name you wish to be listed under, please complete the form located at:
http://www.halldale.com/EATS_Exhib_BoothIdentSign.aspx.  If this form is not submitted Halldale Media will use the company name used in the EATS 2009 contract.

Internet:
Wireless internet access is available in the exhibition and conference area at €52 per day. To order this, please contact Rolf Duengefeld rolf.duengefeld@harries-gtc.de.

Shipping Information:
Shipping is possible from Wednesday 2 November - Friday 13 November
Global Logistic Solutions have been appointed as the official freight forwarding company for EATS 2009, they will ensure that your shipments clear customs, store your goods before the show, transport exhibition goods to the hotel and arrange shipment after the event.  If you have any questions regarding your shipment, delivery times etc please feel free to contact Roger Walker:-

The Exhibition & Conference are on the 2nd floor. The store room is on the ground floor, the hotel will show you the access and the way to the lift. Bigger exhibits must be brought up to the exhibition area over the lift. Lift dimensions – height 2 m, length 5m, width 2,5m, and lifting capacity 3,8t.

Customs:
There is no official broker assigned for EATS 09.

Wednesday 11 November 1700 - 2300
