The World Aviation Training Conference & Tradeshow – WATS 2010 – will land in Orlando, Florida on April 27 at the Rosen Shingle Creek resort. When it does, it will feature the four, individual conference streams for everyone in aviation training that all WATS attendees want – WATS Pilot, RATS Pilot, Maintenance and Cabin Crew. Even better, this year’s Cabin Crew stream will provide three days of dedicated Cabin Safety and Training content, as CAT Magazine/Halldale Media is teaming with the Southern California Safety Institute to deliver the foremost International Cabin Safety & Training conference this year. SCSI is merging its Annual International Aircraft Cabin Safety Symposium with the WATS Cabin Training conference, a real one plus one equals three for the cabin community, all for the price of one!

WATS 2010 Conferences will focus on the current industry operating environment and offer perspectives on how to capitalize on training efficiencies for an industry in flux – from minimizing ‘green training’ issues,  while maximizing simulator transfer-of-training to dealing with changing national airspace issues and handling aircraft deliveries and fleet change/consolidation. • The SCSI Cabin Safety Symposium and the WATS Cabin Training Conference and are merging this year, making it the ONLY safety and training meeting for cabin crew in 2010.
• The ATA Pilot Training Committee is running its Spring meeting at WATS  and contributing to both Pilot conference tracks
• The RAA Training Committee is contributing to the RATS Conference and breakouts on new legislation affecting US Regional operations.
• The ATA Maintenance Training committee is holding its spring meeting during WATS and participating in the Maintenance program.
• The Aviation Industry Computer Based Training Committee (AICC) is holding its seasonal meeting through the event, leading to renewed focus on this key learning technique.
