Welcome to the WATS 2008 Exhibitor Information Page – everything you need to know for a successful show (April 22 - 24)!

By taking the time to download and review the WATS 2008 Exhibitor Kit, you will have everything you might need for your exhibit.

Goben Convention Services is the WATS 08 Official Service Contractor. Goben is located in Orlando and is equipped to deal with all of your exhibiting needs. If you have any queries regarding your booth or setup at the show, please contact us here.

Please note that your WATS Exhibitors package DOES NOT include power, Internet Service or Audio Visual Equipment. All of these accessories, as well as Custom Booth Furniture, can be view and ordered by following these links:

Your WATS 2008 Exhibitor Booth Package includes (per 10’ x 10’ booth on a pro-rata basis):

• 10’ x 10’ Booth space Pipe & Drape (Red & White)
  6’ x 30” high table skirted in white
  7” x 44” booth I.D. Sign
  1 Wastebasket with liner
  2 Folding chairs
  Existing ballroom carpet (multi-colored)
  Islands include floor marking of booth area
  
  
• 2 x Exhibitor Passes - you are entitled to 2 free exhibitor passes per 10ftx8ft booth on a pro-rata basis - e.g. 20ftx8ft booth = 4 passes. (Includes free access to:- all conferences, morning and afternoon coffee breaks with snacks, lunch and beverages and cocktail reception).
  
  Additional staff passes may be purchased for exhibiting companies at a reduced rate of US $350. A maximum of 3 additional passes may be purchased. These will only be allocated to employees from official exhibiting companies – business cards will need to be supplied or passes will be charged at the full rate.
  
  
• Invitation to join the WATS Golf Day
  The WATS Golf Day takes place on Monday April 21 on the challenging, yet playable, David-Harman designed Shingle Creek Golf Course. All WATS Exhibitors and Delegates, irrespective of ability, are invited to join us. Bookings are on a first-come first-served basis. Golfing equipment can be hired from the club – or please bring your own. All players are responsible for their own green fees (US $90). Send in your Golfers by Friday April 4. Details for this will follow shortly.
  
  
• 10 x Free 'Airline Only' Invitations (subject to receipt of information required by deadline of 1 March 08 and presentation of a valid Airline ID card). Each invitation will entitle your invitee to the following:- Entry to the Exhibition, Plenary session of WATS conference & evening receptions but DOES NOT INCLUDE meals or admission to any other conference session. Also included is a free subscription to CAT Magazine. (This invitation will not be extended to any non-airline staff) - Invite to follow.
  
  To take advantage of this please complete the excel document attached here with names and contact details of all your airline invitees. If some invitees are included by more than one Exhibiting Company, we will make them aware of all who have invited them. Finally, if you wish to upgrade any of your invitee invitations to ‘Full Delegate Passes’ the cost will be $350 per person.
  
  
• Inclusion of company contact information in the official WATS Show Catalogue.
  
  
• Inclusion of your company contact information + 50 word profile on our official WATS website. (Please submit your company profile here, to make sure our website is up-to-date with YOUR information!)
  
  
• Name, address and job title of all show attendees post event (data protection laws prohibit the release of attendee email contact information).

March 25 - Shipments may begin arriving at the advance warehouse
April 4 - Last day for Golf registration
April 8 - Discount deadline for orders received with payment
April 11 - Last day for advance shipments to arrive at the warehouse without surcharges
April 18 - Last day for shipments to arrive at warehouse
April 24 - Outbound Freight carrier must sign in with Goben CS staff by 4 p.m.
April 24 - Outbound Freight will be redirected using UPS Freight at 5 p.m.
