Posted on Friday 5th April 2013 | Academia M&S

Advanced Distributed Learning is looking for input on a project exploring how training practitioners can best use mobile technologies to design learning solutions

Advanced Distributed Learning launched a new project to explore how education and training practitioners can best use mobile technologies to design learning solutions for the next generation of learners and is looking for input from anyone with an interest in implementing mobile learning solutions. You are not required to have any prior experience with mobile development to participate – you just need a smartphone and/or tablet.
Right now, The Mobile Learning Team is looking for input for the Mobile Training Implementation Framework (MoTIF) project Needs Analysis Survey to inform Phase 1 of the project. Any voluntarily-provided personally identifiable information (PII) such as email addresses, phone numbers, or organizations will not be shared outside of ADL.
You will see the term “mobile learning” used frequently in this survey. For the purposes of this survey, “mobile learning” can include scenarios within formal and informal learning, as well as within performance support.
The survey should take no longer than fifteen minutes to complete. If you choose to provide your email address at the end of the survey, ADL will send you a copy of the survey results. Your email address will also allow them to contact you if you opt to participate in a follow-on interview or focus group for this project. To participate in the mobile learning survey, click the link below and begin! The survey will be open until April 26th, 2013. Results will be reported by June 2013.
