WATS is the world’s largest gathering of aviation training professionals from airlines, regulators, training providers and industry with more than 1,200 expected from 50+ countries over three days of conference and tradeshow. WATS offers a relaxed yet professional environment conducive with developing new and building existing business relationships. WATS offers unrivalled opportunities to meet with your peers from the senior echelons of the international airline training community, to discuss the latest training issues and consider and learn how others have addressed and resolved these scenarios.
Monday April 18th: Golf Tournament & Industry Meetings
Tuesday April 19th - Thursday April 21st: Conference & Exhibits Open
The aviation training industry continues to deal with enormous growth prospects, while embracing new aircraft technologies and dealing with a challenging business environment. As ever, the challenge is to embrace training "best practice", maximise personnel transfer-of-training, and achieve optimum human performance and operational safety. It is therefore appropriate that the overall theme of WATS 2016 is "Optimizing Blended Learning and Training Technology."

This year’s tradeshow promises to be bigger and more varied than ever, with fixed wing and helicopter training providers, equipment and simulator manufacturers, software and content providers, as well as representatives from airlines and regulatory bodies.
Receptions, lunches, coffee breaks and the WATS 2016 Golf Tournament are all designed to break down any existing barriers between the different industry groups present at WATS. The aim is to increase the sense of community at the event and aid professional discussion. All WATS participants will have full access to all meals, conference sessions and the exhibit hall.
New for 2016 is a formal program to encourage students and help them transition from their college careers to the airline world. For further information please click here.
