APATS 2020 Virtual Conference offers the opportunity to listen to some of the world’s leading cabin crew safety training experts as they discuss different ways of operating to address the new situation and of joining in an extended live Q&A to hear their answers to the issues you face in your day to day operations. Any questions that cannot be addressed live during the event will be answered by email following the conference.

State of the Industry
IATA Regional Director, Mr. Blair Cowles, opens the conference with an overview of the situation of the airlines at this point, looking at the projections of recovery, and the impact this has on different groups of crewmembers.

Session 1 

Wearing PPE, handling scared passengers, and applying new procedures will be challenging. This session will focus on the issues of fear, safety, and emergeny procedures and the impact of the PPE equipment on the job of the Cabin Crew.
