Registration is now open for BbWorld 2020, a free, virtual event for training and development professionals. Throughout the two-day event, participants will be invited to attend live sessions on topics that are top of mind for fall, including new models of teaching and learning, accessibility and inclusivity, learner engagement and the impact of COVID-19 on education. Hosted by Blackboard, an education technology company for teaching, learning and student engagement, BbWorld20 will take place from 21-22 July.

Blackboard’s flagship, annual conference brings together online learning professionals, instructors, techies and more to learn, share, brainstorm, network, and celebrate. This year, the event is open to all members of the extended education community, so Blackboard is encouraging non-Blackboard customers to attend.

BbWorld20 features a line-up of sessions that will help keep your agency mission-ready:

•             Remote-learning best practices, presented by your peers

•             How other organizations adjusted during COVID-19

•             Modernizing IT & cloud transformation

•             Leveraging data to drive consistency and track program effectiveness

•             Delivering innovative online training in a FedRAMP-secure environment

•             Navigating “the new normal”

This year's Business and Government track includes presenters from U.S. Air Force Academy, Veterans Affairs, National Defense University, U.S. Department of Agriculture, NASA JPL, U.S. Army Command & General Staff College, Mayo Clinic, U.S. Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine, and more.

The event will also offer unique ways for attendees to network and connect with peers from other government and military agencies in an engaging virtual conference environment.
