Listed below is all the information required to help you plan and run a smooth exhibit at EATS.  In the run up to EATS 2011, we will send out regular exhibitor emails with actions and deadlines required before the event- please look out for them.

It is situated in the modern part of Prague “Vysocany”, near the O2 Arena and just 15 minutes from the historical city centre. It is the only hotel in Prague with a connected shopping centre “Gallery Fénix” and direct access to Prague Metro. The airport in Prague is 35 minutes away.

General information
 

Exhibitor and Speaker - Welcome drinks Reception sponsored by Lufthansa Flight Training- CST: Monday 7th November - 17.00 - 19.00hrs Clarion Hotel, 2nd floor.  Come and relax with a drink, collect your registration badges, ask questions and meet the speakers.

Customs: There is no official broker assigned for EATS 11.

Setup: Monday 07 November from 1300

Breakdown: Wednesday 09 November 1700 - 2300


Exhibitor registration process

(Each 10’ x 8’ booth is entitled to 2 FREE booth passes and up to 3 DISCOUNTED additional booth passes at €395 each).

Procedure:

  • Each exhibitor must nominate an ‘Exhibitor Booth Captain’ to be responsible for ALL exhibitor registrations (free passes and additional discounted passes)
  • The designated ‘Booth Captain’ will be emailed a unique ‘Exhibitor Code’ and instructions on how to complete the registration process.  Only the Booth Captain will be able to use this code - it has a one-time use
  • Once the 'Booth Captain' has entered the 'Exhibitor Code' all Registrations are accessible via 'My Events'
  • In order for a 'Booth Captain' to register staff as Exhibitors, each individual must already have an account on the EATS website.  If you have any problems please email Sarah de Wet (sarah.dewet@halldale.com). 

 Show Catalogue & Website Listing 

 Only the designated ‘Exhibitor Booth Captain’ can access this area under 'My Events' 

(All exhibitors are entitled to a company listing on the EATS website and in the show catalogue. Halldale Media Group reserves the right to edit where deemed appropriate.  Catalogue entries cannot be included if submitted after 14th October 2011.) 

 

Procedure:

  • Once the ‘Exhibitor Booth Captain’ is registered on the system, go to ‘My Events’ and click on ‘Add Info…’
  • Populate all the fields as required (only 50 words allowed in the ‘Body’ field)
  • Once completed, please click Save.
  • You will then see the following message: “Your submission awaiting moderation and has not yet been published on the site, although it is still visible to youOnce it has been published this message will disappear and the page will be visible to all
  • If you have any problems accessing this area, please email Sarah de Wet (sarah.dewet@halldale.com).

 


Booth ID Sign 

Only the designated ‘Exhibitor Booth Captain’ can access this area under 'My Events'. Halldale Media will produce your booth identification sign. 

Procedure:

  • Once the ‘Exhibitor Booth Captain’ is registered on the system, go to ‘My Events’ and click on ‘Add Info…’
  • Populate the first field 'Booth ID Sign' with Company Name
  • Once completed, please click Save
  • You will then see the following message: “Your submission awaiting moderation and has not yet been published on the site, although it is still visible to youOnce it has been published this message will disappear and this page will be visible to all
  • If you have any problems accessing this area, please email Sarah de Wet (sarah.dewet@halldale.com). 

Shipping & Storage Information

Shipping is permitted from Monday 31st October - Friday 4th November

Global Logistic Solutions have been appointed as the official freight forwarding company for EATS 2011.  They will ensure that your shipments clear customs, store your goods before the show, transport exhibition goods to the hotel and arrange shipment after the event.  If you have any questions regarding your shipment, delivery times etc please feel free to contact Roger Walker:-

The Exhibition & Conference are in the Clarion Congress Hotel in the 2nd floor.  The store room is also on the 2nd floor, the hotel will show you the location.  Trucks have direct access to a loading ramp.
