The inaugural graduating class includes 51 students – with nearly 80% being women or people of color – marking the next step towards the airline's goal to train about 5,000 new pilots at the school by 2030, with the added goal of at least half women or people of color. 

Cirrus Aircraft delivered the first of 25 SR Series TRAC20 aircraft to United Aviate Academy. The TRAC20 is an advanced, high-performance aircraft that will be used for initial pilot training. 

The United Aviate Academy will be using seven Frasca flight simulators in their newly expanded training program.
