FlightSafety International promoted Nancy Ritter to Manager of the FlightSafety Learning Center in Orlando, Florida. She replaces Trent Corcia who joined FlightSafety’s marketing department as a Product Director. Pete Nily was named Manager of the FlightSafety Academy in Vero Beach, Florida, replacing Nancy Ritter. The company also named Milt Hobbs, Managing Director-Aviation, JPMorgan Chase & Co., as the 100th FlightSafety Master Aviator.

Ritter has been with FlightSafety for more than 24 years, having held a number of positions with increasing responsibility. She is a graduate of St. Francis College in Brooklyn Heights, New York and  completed the United States Air Force initial officer training program in Lackland, Texas. She holds an FAA Airline Transport Pilot certificate, and is a Certified Flight Instructor with single and multi-engine ratings.

Nily has been with FlightSafety since 1999, and served as General Manager of a large FAA Part 141 training school and served with the United States Navy Reserve for eight years prior to joining the company. He is a graduate of Pacific Western University and also studied Business and Aviation at Cerritos College and Long Beach City College in California.

Hobbs has trained with FlightSafety on a variety of aircraft throughout his career in business aviation. He has more than 40 years of experience as a pilot and flight department leader and holds an ATP and CFII with more than 14,000 accident and incident free hours. Milt serves on the Board of Directors of the National Business Aviation Association and Westchester Aviation Association.

In order to earn recognition as a FlightSafety Master Aviator, pilots must successfully complete a series of aircraft type-specific advanced training courses and electives in addition to undergoing recurrent training with FlightSafety on a regular basis.
