Flyco Modernizes IndiGo's E-Training

InterGlobe Aviation Limited (IndiGo) has recently entered in to an agreement with Flyco Training Solutions for a modern training solution system.

Under this agreement, which has been approved by India’s aviation regulator, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation of India (DGCA), IndiGo plans to convert all classroom-based Annual General Refreshers of pilots onto E-Learning-based refreshers.

Flyco’s A-LMS offering includes an Advanced Reports System (ARS), which will support IndiGo’s training department in enhanced monitoring and evaluation (observe, track and assess) of the individual performance statistics as well as year-on-year training performances of its crew. Keeping the always-on-the-move nature of the job, Flyco has introduced online and offline options to access scheduled training via Flyco’s apps, which supports both Android and iOS platforms.

The solution also allows IndiGo’s administrators to createdetailed reports, obtain user training performance statistics and carry outcustomised assessments. It also has useful functions such as fully automatedLicence Auto-Track (LAT) to ease the workload of administration teams.

Flyco’s cyber security measures include a facial recognition option for a more secure, authentic and easy login to the training platform.
