On the opening day of EATS 2019, COMPASS International launched a new pilot selection tool called Pre-COMPASS.
The online tool allows airlines and FTO’s to scan candidates initial suitability and swiftly create a shortlist of suitable applicants.
"We are offering a solution to pre-select large quantities of potential candidates far more efficiently," said COMPASS Managing Director Eric Duijkers.
Netherlands-based COMPASS developed the tool in close cooperation with airline partners who are searching for suitable pilot candidates.
Pre-COMPASS offers a transition into the the COMPASS portfolio of products, creating a one stop shop for proper pilot selection
