HALO-Flight, Inc. a Helicopter Air Ambulance service in South Texas, is taking EMS training to new levels.
HALO-Flight’s EMS Training Academy provides initial EMR, EMT and Advanced EMT courses. in small classes to students, allowing students to receive individualized attention from instructors.
HALO-Flight’s EMS Training Academy’s goals and objectives are constantly changing to meet the needs of the EMS community. The Training Academy has training for new EMS personnel as well as skills refreshers. They currently offer EMR, EMT and Advanced EMT levels of TDSHS EMS certification training, continuing education, and EMS Skills proficiency testing. The Training Academy also provides many specialized courses such as 12-Lead ECG; Advanced Airway; IV therapy; AHA BLS (CPR); ASHI First Aid.
