CPaT Global’s current President, Brian Bergeron, will assume the role of CPaT’s Executive Chairman of the Board of Managers, and Kent Morrison will assume the role of CPaT President. Morrison most recently served as CPaT’s Vice President of Software Development. All changes were effective 1 January 2021.

During his five-year tenure as President, Bergeron’s leadership resulted in the addition of more than 150 new customers and 200 percent revenue growth. Bergeron will be joining Clovis Point Capital, CPaT’s private equity sponsor, as Partner. In remaining as Chairman of CPaT Bergeron will remain involved in the company’s overall strategy and direction.

Since joining CPaT in late 2016, Morrison has guided the development of CPaT’s expanded software platform, including CPaT Invent. He has also implemented new operational procedures and defined CPaT’s future product development plans and roadmap. In his role as President, Morrison will be responsible for all CPaT Global activities.

“Mr. Morrison has been a valued and trusted partner through the transformation of CPaT Global,” said Mr. Bergeron. “His perspectives on product functionality and service have modernized how training is delivered in the aviation industry. He continues to imagine and develop new ideas that will further expand the capabilities of CPaT to better serve customers into the future. I can’t imagine a better person to lead CPaT Global during its next exciting period of innovation and expansion.”
