FEAM

With plans to hire 450 aircraft maintenance professionals over the next year for their 34 locations across the U.S, UK, and Europe, FEAM has introduced an improved Employee Benefits and Compensation Package to recruit and retain talent.

Effective November 1st, 2021, health insurance premiums will be reduced by 50%, a supplemental reduction to the most recent decrease in April 2021. Additionally, FEAM will enhance the 401K plan and begin matching employee contributions.

FEAM has also enhanced its vacation policy. New hires will accrue 7 hours per month, an increase to the current 3.5 Hours per month, during their first year of employment, and continue through the second January of their employment period, available after 90 days of employment.

Their new hire Incentives for technicians include a Sign-On Bonus of up to $2,000. Currently, new aircraft maintenance technicians have the opportunity to earn 75K on average, including minimal overtime.

Employees of FEAM are also incentivized to refer technicians with a referral bonus of $500.

On their team-centered approach, Cam Murphy, President of FEAM, said: “As we continue our expansion, specifically with our recent acquisition of BOSA headquartered in Handforth, Cheshire UK and our new wide body hangar at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, we will look to add hundreds of new team members to the FEAM family.”
