Portuguese aviation trainers Sevenair Academy have purchased an Alsim ALX.
The Alsim ALX provides single engine piston, twin engine piston up and twin jets (generic B737/A320). It has ATPL, CPL/MCC and APS MCC approval in compliance with all current regulatory standards.
"Having operated an ALSIM AL200 simulator for the last 10 years with the great results... we have decided to buy an Alsim ALX," said Alexandre Alves, Chief Commercial Officer of Sevenair Academy.
"The technology integration, the user-friendly systems and layout and the very strong sales and after-sales support from Alsim convinced us."
Sevenair Academy is part of Sevenair Group which is the largest general aviation organisation in Portugal. Operating for over 30 years, it holds EASA ATO and Part 147 approvals.
The company has bought 14 new airplanes in the last three years to expand its fleet to 23.
"Adding an ALX flight simulator will enable the school to provide high-quality courses to their students," said Nicolas de Lassus, Alsim’s Sales Account Manager.
