Air Explore Signs Long-Term EBT Agreement with Flyco

Flyco will be providing a comprehensive solution for Air Explore’s training department, facilitating the transition from traditional paper-based training forms to digitalised versions.

Flyco’s Evidence Based Training (EBT) system will be providing various grading mechanisms for Air Explore’s crew members. The system will be functioning as ‘digitalised E-forms’ providing information to the training department for monitoring and management of training quality.

Air Explore’s instructors will have access to E-forms through Flyco’s Evidence based Training application available on iPads.

The system will provide detailed analysis reports for pilots and instructors, detecting weak areas and knowledge gaps via the reports section. Analysing these gaps will allow the system to allocate additional E-learning for specific subjects via Flyco's Learning Management System (LMS).
