The Flight Simulator Engineering and Maintenance Committee (FSEMC) Conference, conducted annually in the fall, serves as a platform for simulator users to engage in open discussions on topics related to simulator engineering and maintenance. The conference focuses on specific themes and questions that are aimed at fostering discussions among participants.

In preparation for the event, simulator uses can contribute discussion items about these specific themes: Data Simulation and Training, Regulatory Simulator Maintenance and System/Miscellaneous, Lower Level Devices, Not Level D, Innovation in Simulation, and Rotary Wing Training and UAV.

For the 2024 FSEMC Conference, the call for presentations deadline is 30 January.
