Event Description
The second in the CAT Leader Forum series focuses on CBTA (Competency-Based Training and Assessment)
Join Halldale Group with the Airline TrainingPolicy Group (ATPG) on the 28th of March 2023 from 13:00 – 14:00 for an informed discussion about CBTA.
The panel will give us a glimpse into pilot training historically to understand the shift to CBTA. This discussion will help aid in understanding what to prioritize when you want to start CBTA and how to avoid creating robots when standardizing instructions. The panel will wrap up with a summary of the road map for ICAO and EASA as we look to the future of CBTA.
Captain Ignacio Gallego and Captain Christian Norden will lend their expertise to make sense of what to prioritize when you want to start CBTA.
Capt. Gallego is uniquely qualified to share his expertise.
