Flight Training in Indonesia

PILOT TRAINING

Airbus and Indonesia’s Lion Group have committed to partner on a Training Centre Services Agreement to develop flight training programmes for Lion Group carriers in accordance with Airbus and European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) standards. Under the terms of the agreement, Airbus will be providing syllabi, training documentation, tools and the courseware necessary for training courses for Airbus aircraft to be conducted at Lion Group's Angkasa Aviation Academy.

Airbus has also agreed to have personnel stationed at Angkasa Aviation Academy's simulator training centre in Jakarta. The centre already has simulators for existing aircraft types operated by Lion Group, with four A320 simulators on order.
