Aerosim Flight Academy Hiring Certified Flight Instructors

Aerosim Flight Academy is recruiting Certificated Flight Instructors (CFI) for its Sanford and Jacksonville, Florida locations. The company is offering a new hire sign-on bonus of $10,000 and training credit for additional ratings.

“Earning the CFI designation is the first step toward becoming a commercial airline pilot. With an anticipated global shortfall of 1 million new commercial airline pilots and aviation professionals in the next 20 years, flight instructors are in high demand,” said president and general manager, Aerosim Flight Academy Hank Coates.
