ALSIM has announced the sale of an ALX Light Turboprop to the Morocco Aviation Private Academy (MAPA), located in Benslimane, Morocco. The device will be delivered to the academy this spring.

Mr. Mohammed Fayyad Matar Khawaldeh, Morocco Aviation Private Academy's CEO, explained why he selected ALSIM: "We had the opportunity to use an ALSIM ALX at the Royal Jordanian Air Academy, our parent company, and were very impressed by the quality of the device. We think these simulators are the best ones for a school: they handle MCC training, are well adapted to our needs, and ALSIM benefits from a great reputation worldwide. Also, our school plans to buy two other MCC simulators this year. Our aim is to develop the African market and we know this tool will help us in achieving this goal."

Drawing on over 50 years of pilot's and ground engineer's expertise with RJAA (Royal Jordanian Air Academy), the subsidiary company MAPA will provide focused ab initio training to aspiring pilots and ground engineers. MAPA's flying and ground instructors will conduct EASA courses as well as Moroccan courses in accordance with national aviation authority requirements.
