CityJet has chosen to deploy Pelesys’ Training Management and Deployment System (TMDS) to meet future electronic training records management requirements.
The carrier, which is headquartered in Ireland, will use Pelesys’ Qualification Management System (QMS) module to monitor, aggregate and maintain its employee qualifications. As a rule-based solution, QMS automates the management process for tracking qualification requirements of flight crews, maintenance engineers, dispatchers and any other employees that require qualification monitoring for regulatory compliance management.
Combined with Pelesys’ Electronic Training Records (ETR) system, which is provided in partnership with Logitude Ltd. and offers electronic grading and data collection, all of CityJet’s qualifications and training records will soon be moved to an electronic format, eventually eliminating paper based records.
