US-based IASCO Flight Training (IFT) is to add four new Tecnam P2006T multi-engine aircraft to its fleet.

The four new aircraft will supplement the two P2006T’s already in service with the company, bringing its P2006T piston multi-engine aircraft fleet to six.

Siubun Chu, President of IFT, commented, “As part of IFT’s strategic development plan, we were looking to update the fleet and to replace our old Duchesses. We have had two Tecnam P2006T aircraft in operation for some time and have built our confidence in the P2006T.

“It is our intention to place orders for two more P2006T in the near future to complete our twin fleet replenishment,” added Chu.

Founded in 2006, IFT currently operates 37 training aircraft from its Flight and Ground School Campuses at Redding Municipal Airport in California. The company trains airline-sponsored student pilots under the supervision of both the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC).
