Manchester, UK-based EDM has been shortlisted for the Insider North West International Trade Award 2017.
Now in its seventh year, the awards recognise the overseas export success of companies in the North West of the UK across a wide range of different sectors.
EDM has been shortlisted in the £10m to £25m turnover category after submitting detailed information about its overseas export strategy and sales performance over the past 12 months, as well as plans for further export growth. For example, the company recently opened a new manufacturing facility and invested in new CNC machines.
The company was also invited to present its export results to Insider’s judging panel, formed of business leaders from the UK’s North West region.
The winners of the various award categories will be announced at a dinner held at The Lowry Hotel in Manchester on 7 December.
EDM last won this award in 2015.
