Agueris and DiSTI partner on Virtual Maintenance Training Solutions

The DiSTI Corporation and Agueris, a member of the CMI Group, have entered a strategic partnership to jointly develop 3D Virtual Maintenance Training Solutions for the European market.

The relationship is part of DiSTI’s broader strategic partnership programme to supply the demand for improving workforce training with new solutions in markets outside military and aviation, which it has traditionally served.

The solutions developed with Agueris will be based on DiSTI’s virtual training solution, VE Studio. VE Studio uses a database-driven approach that optimises developing and managing content, training procedures and content delivery to multiple types of interfaces and provides customers with immersive training experiences.

For Agueris, the partnership aligns with its ambition to develop innovative maintenance training solutions for the market, including companies within the CMI Group, to increase productivity, improve safety and create new services for customers.

Yves Jourde, CEO of Agueris, stated, “VE Studio provides us with the capability to deliver training content to different devices such as desktops, tablets and virtual reality devices, without having to redevelop content for each device.
