The British Airways (BA) Global Learning Academy is implementing the Fox Training Management System (Fox) from Britannica Knowledge Systems.
Fox is being adopted to automate, manage and improve processes for BA’s high volume, complex and highly regulated training operations. Britannica will also provide the carrier with guidance based on best practice solutions at other airlines and aviation training centres.
In addition to utilising Fox's advanced training planning, resource and scheduling management modules, British Airways will also take advantage of Fox's analytic, report and notification functionality for enhanced training oversight.
Britannica Knowledge Systems says Fox's broad set of APIs will enable quick and easy integration with British Airways' existing technology.
Elsewhere, ATR recently deployed Fox across its five global learning centres.
