As part of its new contract with TRU Simulation + Training, Rockwell Collins will be providing its integrated visual systems for 15 systems over the next three years for several of TRU's commercial full flight simulator clients.
Rockwell Collins will be supplying its EP-8100® image generators with JVC laser illuminated projectors and a number of support items, such as airport model databases, spares and training. The systems will be manufactured at Rockwell Collins' facility in Salt Lake City, Utah, with initial installations in Montreal, Canada and Tampa, Florida. Final site work will take place at multiple TRU end user sites around the world, including Europe and Asia.
