MINT Software Systems has signed a service agreement with Turkish Airlines for the delivery of the MINT Training and Resource Management System (MINT TRMS) to enhance further and streamline the management of the flight crew and in-flight crew training.

MINT TRMS will allow training planners, instructors and crews with "anytime, anywhere" online access to their training schedules, electronic grading forms, reports, learning materials, and other training related data. It simplifies and optimizes the management of instructor allocation (roster synchronization), classroom distribution, student allocation, course scheduling and the planning and optimization of flight simulator schedules.

MINT TRMS allows customers to optimize their training workflows and speed up the planning process with its scheduling capabilities. The agreement with Turkish Airlines includes the MINT hosted (SaaS) MINT TRMS Premium Edition for training schedules, record management, e-grading, in-depth reporting and analysis capabilities, as well as the integration to various Turkish Airlines IT systems including the crew rostering system used by Turkish Airlines.
