MINT signs agreement with Hawaiian Airlines for MINT TRMS

MINT Software Systems signed an agreement for Hawaiian Airlines to implement the MINT Training and Resource Management System (MINT TRMS) to enhance and optimize the airline’s crew training and qualification management.

MINT TRMS gives training planners, instructors and crews anytime-anywhere online access to their training schedules, electronic grading forms, reports, learning materials and other training related data. It simplifies and optimizes the management of instructor allocation, roster synchronization, classroom distribution, student allocation, course scheduling and the planning and optimization of flight simulator schedules. The software’s scheduling capabilities lets customers optimize their training workflows and speed up their planning processes to help airlines and training centers enhance efficiency and improve the lives of instructors and crews in training.

The agreement includes the MINT-hosted software as a service (SaaS) MINT TRMS Premium Edition for training schedules, record management, e-grading, in-depth reporting and analysis capabilities, and the integration to Hawaiian Airlines IT systems including the airlines’ crew rostering system.
