MINT Software Systems announced the signature of a service agreement with Spirit Airlines for the implementation of the web-based training management system MINT TRMS.
MINT TRMS allows training planners, instructors and crewswith “anytime, anywhere” online access to their training schedules, electronicgrading forms, reports, learning materials, and other training related data. Itsimplifies and optimizes the management of instructor schedules, classroomdistribution, student allocation and the planning and optimization of flightsimulator schedules.
The agreement with Spirit Airlines includes the MINT hosted(SaaS) MINT TRMS Premium Edition for the effective management of trainingschedules, record management, e-grading, in-depth reporting and performanceanalysis capabilities, as well as the integration to various IT systems includingthe crew rostering system used by Spirit Airlines.
