Forbes recognizes FlightSafety

FlightSafety International has been named one of the bestmid-size employers by Forbes. This is the second consecutive year that thecompany has received this important recognition.

Statista,an online statistics provider, conducted a survey on behalf of Forbes of morethan 50,000 people who work for organizations in the United States withover 1,000 employees. Of those, 2,700 companies received enough positiveevaluations to be considered for the list. FlightSafety is one of only 500companies, and eight in the Aerospace & Defense industry category, named tothe list of best mid-size employers.

Surveyparticipants were contacted anonymously and asked to share their opinions abouttheir workplace and employer. They were asked to rate their willingness torecommend their employer to friends and family. This is considered to be themost important and meaningful aspect of the survey. FlightSafety received ahigher score in this area this year compared to 2018. In addition, whenrespondents were asked to recommend and evaluate other organizations in their industry,FlightSafety was more positively evaluated than 80 percent of all companies onthe list.
