To prepare for this goal, the AHA Physician Alliance presented a webinar on Monday, October 14, from 3:30 - 5:00 p.m. ET on "What It Takes to Lead in the Converging Healthcare Ecosystem: Leadership Lessons from the Field.
David Carmouche, MD, President of Ochsner Health Network and SVP, Community Care at Ochsner Health System, and Tracy Duberman, PhD president and CEO, TLD Group Inc., presented this webinar, which reviewed the leadership requirements for converging across the health ecosystem and offered best practice techniques for cross-sector collaboration.
