FTDaero-FSTD-device

FTD.aero has completed another simulator certification to EASA FNPT II/MCC APS level FSTD. The certification was conducted under direct EASA supervision represented by the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency, TRAFICO,) whose inspectors actively participated in the evaluation process. This approach guaranteed qualification under equal EASA standards, binding all EU countries.

The FNPT II/MCC APS simulator is a fixed-base flight simulation training device utilised mainly by flight schools, flight training centres or airlines, where enhanced multi crew co-operation (MCC) in airline pilot standards (APS MCC) can be completed in a multi-crew environment.

Additionally, the simulator can be utilised as a procedures and cockpit familiarisation trainer, or in MPL training - Phase 2 (up to 80 flight hours), vastly improving training capability and quality. It can also be utilised in all non-type specific tasks, like pilot screenings, familiarisation in Operator Conversion Course (OCC), airport or route familiarisation.
