As part of a TU Dublin postgraduate project, a research group is looking at whether classic indicators of organisational resilience correlate with historic share performance in airlines.
They are looking for safety professionals working for airlines to conduct a short survey relating to the extent that the classic features of a resilient organisation are present in their firms.
They will then be looking at financial performance to see which of the classic features of a resilient organisation are the most relevant.
The survey is anonymous, but the group does need to know which airline the responses are about.
