FEAM AERO is expanding its line maintenance station at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) in California. The improvements to their existing operation will increase their current footprint from 2,900 square feet to 9,600 square feet of office and storage space.

The expansion will require an additional 50 employees, adding to FEAM’s nationwide recruitment initiative that began with the investment in their newest hangar at CVG. In addition to an aggressive talent search, FEAM has revamped their employee compensation and benefits package to attract the industry’s leading talent. FEAM will be providing all new hires instructor led aircraft systems classroom training and practical/on the job training for all the aircraft types that it supports at LAX.

FEAM’s strategic decision to expand its LAX footprint was largely influenced by the surge and demand of commercial and cargo operations in the area. In addition to LAX, FEAM currently operates at Ontario International Airport (ONT), March Air Reserve Base (RIV), and San Bernardino International Airport (SBD), employing over 100 aircraft technicians among their four California-based locations.

“We are committed to dedicating resources, technology, and talent to our LAX station and the surrounding areas,” adds Fred Murphy, CEO of FEAM, “We recognize the unlimited potential of LAX as a major hub and will continue to invest in infrastructure, ground support equipment, and training to deliver on FEAM’s promise of exceptional quality and cutting edge innovation.”
