Year on year the company sees more and more women joining aviation, but believes the industry is far from achieving gender equality. Following what was already offered in 2022 and 2023, Airways Aviation ESMA, with the support of Airways Aviation Group, decided to launch the Women Scholarship once again. 

Airways Aviation ESMA is offering €100.000,00 (one hundred thousand euros) of scholarships to selected women who apply for the Integrated ATPL during 2024, for the courses starting in May and September.

This scholarship aims to attract and support women who have the dream to become pilots and help reduce the gender gap in the industry.
