The WiAT (Women in Aviation Training) Forum is hosting the next in our series of monthly webinars on Thursday 18th January 2024, this time focussing on how organisational culture can impact women working and staying in the aviation training industry.

About Julie Brophy, Gate One Consulting Julie is a Business Psychologist who specialises in culture and change. In her early career she was the first woman to complete an Avionics apprenticeship with MEL (a Phillips company) and later ran the Government's Women into Engineering initiative. About Charlotte Eastwood, Gate One Consulting Charlotte works with clients to solve their biggest people, change and culture challenges and co-runs Gate One's Enhancing Culture service with Julie.
