CrewFactors has developed a dedicated communication skills analytics solution for instructors at airlines and ATOs. Following the successful development of their smartphone based communications training tool for crew, CrewFactors is extending this technology to provide instructors with a fast and efficient means of assessing communication, teamwork and leadership skills.
