Pan Am International Flight Academy has signed a Strategic Alliance Agreement with Silver Airways to provide qualified pilot applicants to the airline.
As part of the agreement, Pan Am will offer Silver Airways, pilots from the Pan Am Career Pilot Academy, a FAA 141 flight school in Kissimmee, Florida, that meet the strict hiring criteria of Silver Airways.
Mark Johnson, executive vice president and chief compliance officer for Pan Am commented: "This strategic alliance between our two companies is a true win-win scenario. Silver Airways now has a new source of qualified and enthusiastic pilots and Pan Am cadets and instructors have the chance for exciting career advancement."
