MPS has developed an affordable Generic Jet Training Device (GenJet) for FTO's and ATO's. This GenJet is now offered for an hourly rate of €59 which enables even smaller schools to use an advanced fixed base jet simulator from MPS. The company offers simulation as a service, including the installation, maintenance and updates of the GenJet. MPS will also provide an approved APS syllabus with this simulator.
The GenJet is a low-cost training device built for APS but is also ideal for selection, MCC, JOC, MPL2 and IFR training. The design is loosely based on the functionality of a popular modern passenger jet for 140-170 passengers. The GenJet is EASA certified as an FNPT-II/MCC device, prior to leaving the MPS factory.
