UK-based Flyco Group is working in cooperation with BAA Training Academy to provide its newest customer – Kloten, Switzerland-based Helvetic Airways – with E-training systems and courseware. Helvetic Airways will use Flyco’s Advanced Learning Management System (A-LMS) and an extensive e-library of its courses for to train flight and ground crew as well as office personnel. The system will offer the carrier’s training department to monitor crew training progress using its advanced reports system. With the Assessment Creation Center (ACC) and License Auto-Track (LAT), training instructors can then create bespoke training content and exams in line with the data provided. Flyco’s applications are mobile accessible and provide an offline training option. Flyco’s A-LMS system and courses are prepared in strict compliance and guidance with regulatory authorities such as EASA, ICAO and IATA, and are closely monitored and regularly updated by the company’s training department. “At Helvetic Airways’ training department, we have certain standards and expectations in terms of an E-learning platform and content. We believe that Flyco’s platform and course content provides us with an overall solution beyond our expectations,” commented Nicolas Bachmann, the Nominated Person for Crew Training at Helvetic Airways. Orcun Sufraci, Chief Technology Officer of Flyco Group, commented, “I believe Flyco has always had a great culture of listening to customer feedback and carrying out updates accordingly to satisfy the needs of each individual client. We are delighted to be working with Helvetic Airways, as I am sure they will be quite satisfied with our products and services throughout.”
