Bohemia Interactive Simulations (BISim) has announced the additions of Scott Hooper and Rob Carpenter to the business development teams in the US, and Australia and New Zealand respectively. Hooper joins BISim with 20 years of modeling and simulation business development and sales management experience. Carpenter spent twelve years in the Australian Army before joining the Australian simulation community 17 years ago.

With 20 years of experience in modeling and simulation business development, Scott Hooper joins BISim as vice president of Business Development for North America. Hooper comes from a career spanning aerospace, defense, automotive and consumer electronics. His previous roles include five years at Intel's Havok and nine years at Presagis. Hooper is very active in the Orlando community, serving on several committees for the I/ITSEC Conference and as Director of Corporate Fundraising for the Central Florida Navy League.

Rob Carpenter joins BISim as the Business Development Manager for Australia and New Zealand. After 12 years in the Australian Army specializing in geospatial data and intelligence, Rob joined the Australian Defence Simulation office as the executive responsible for the development of joint simulation and then became Deputy Director Simulation Development for the Army. For the last four years, Rob has been a Business Development Manager for CAE in the Asia Pacific region. He has represented Australia on several NATO working groups looking into the use of commercial games for training, has been involved in the first I/ITSEC Serious Games Challenge, and served as a member of the organizing committee for the AustralAsian SimTect conference.
