Williams-Advanced-Engineering-and-BAE-Systems-reveal-cockpit-simulator

Williams Advanced Engineering, in collaboration with BAE Systems, introduced its cockpit simulator in a time-lapse video of the build, before delivering it to BAE Systems’ training and simulation facility at Warton, Lancashire. Aerospace engineers will use the simulator to develop and optimize the next generation of cockpit designs for future fast jets.

The twin-seat cockpit simulator includes modular features and interactive screens that can be reconfigured as required, the companies say, with the sleek and ergonomic lines of a Formula One car. It is capable of simulating a range of aircraft including the Hawk, Typhoon and other future aircraft concepts.
