MS&T Industry Leader Joins Aptima

Jiancarlo "JC" Villa, CAPT, US Navy (Ret.) has joined Aptima's Orlando office as Navy Portfolio Manager. CAPT Villa is a strategic planner and senior operational and training leader who brings to the position more than 30 years of experience in numerous high level executive positions leading change. He is a career Naval Flight Officer, Joint Qualified Officer (JQO), and Strategic War Planner with expertise in the Middle East Area of Operations.

Prior to joining Aptima, CAPT Villa was the Chief of Staff for the Naval Air Warfare Center Orlando, where he was focused on research, development, acquisition and logistics sustainment of modeling and simulation of training systems, and training methods and solutions. He has also served as an aircraft squadron Operational commander, in which role he led the execution of worldwide combat and humanitarian operations.
