Barco announced that CAE has selected the FL40-4K projector to power the next-generation of projection devices for its CAE 7000 XR Series full-flight simulators for civil aviation. This projector, representing single chip DLP projection, uses the latest in solid-state LED illumination and is driven by the Barco Pulse electronics and image processing package.

Barco’s solid-state illumination projectors like the FL40offer images at native WQXGA and 4K (3840 x 2400) resolution.

To learn more about Barco Simulation, visitors can see Barcoat Booth #1338 at I/ITSEC from December 2-5 at the Orange County ConventionCenter in Orlando, Florida.
